Only AAE members registered for AAE25 and AAE25 exhibiting companies are eligible to purchase an employer table at the career fair.

6’ draped table at the event
Contact information of all candidate attendees who registered for the fair
Opportunity to visit one-on-one with potential candidates
Visibility among job seekers as an organization actively recruiting

Table Rates & Reservations

The AAE invites endodontic employers from the clinical practice, academia, and the military to secure a table and participate as an employer at the Career Fair. 

Due to space limitations, tables are not available for purchase onsite.

Note: Individuals registering as an employer for the Career Fair on behalf of a corporate organization will be subject to corporate pricing, regardless of AAE membership status.

AAE Members: $150

AAE membership is required. Reserve a Career Fair table through the Registration and Housing partner site by March 28, 2025.

AAE25 Exhibiting Companies: $300

Must be an exhibitor at AAE25 to purchase. You can reserve a Career Fair table by logging in to the Online Exhibitor Services Center and adding it as a sponsorship by March 28, 2025.

Universities: FREE

Please email education@aae.org to register. Universities recruiting faculty are eligible for a FREE table registration for the Career Fair. Reserve a Career Fair table through the Registration and Housing partner site by March 28, 2025. Limited space available.

Unsure what to put on your table? This is your space to show off your company and the opportunities you are hiring, so make it your own! Some things companies have dressed their table within the past include small giveaways, your own branded tablecloth, informational flyers, or a small, noninhibitive sign that can be placed next to your table, etc.
