In addition, a major focus of the track will be on augmented reality and dynamic navigation techniques and how these advancements facilitate seamless treatment execution. Trauma and Emergencies

While most often traumatic dental injuries occur in adolescence, people of all ages are affected. Not only do patients directly seek endodontic management of traumatic dental injuries and emergency dental care themselves, but also our general dental colleagues look to our specialty for guidance and support for their patients. The AAE and IADT produce and distribute important documentation educating the dental community on the management of traumatic dental injuries as well as specific guidelines to assist the team in providing quality care and reducing the risk of tooth loss. As these guidelines change and treatment protocols improve with advances in materials, we as endodontists strive to always stay at the forefront of traumatic dental injury management. The Trauma and Emergencies track aims to highlight advances in the field and teaches you how to translate these innovative diagnostic and clinical methods to your endodontics practice, making you the most critical and informed member on dental care team when trauma or a dental emergency occurs.
