Official Hotels

Booking at one of the official AAE25 hotels gives you convenient access to the many meeting events, so you can spend more time with your colleagues and friends. AAE has negotiated special discounted rates for attendees at several properties, all just steps away from the Hynes Convention Center. These rates are only accessible through the Registration and Housing partner site.

Attendees can return to their registration to update their hotel accommodations until Monday, March 3, 2025 to modify or reserve a hotel room. (rooms may sell out before this date)

Beware of unauthorized agencies! Maritz is the official hotel management company for AAE25. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of AAE. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Boston hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference. Should you be contacted by any other agency other than Maritz, send us a message through the AAE Housing Support Center or call 864-208-2762.

*The Sheraton Boston Hotel is currently in the midst of a complete Sheraton Transformation.  During this time, we are taking every step to ensure an enjoyable experience while staying with us. What to Expect During Your Visit:

Enjoy a newly transformed guest room with the plush comforts of the Sheraton Signature Bed and all the essentials for an effortless stay. All guest rooms and suites renovations completed in December of 2024.
The lobby is currently and will be under construction during the AAE25 Annual Meeting. From the main entrance, there will be a built-out entrance leading to the temporary front desk area to welcome guests.
Our restaurant is currently under transformation and therefore all Food & Beverage services will be offered through Delivery or Pick Up by Sheraton (In Room Dining). A QR code will be provided with all hotel information including: Delivery by Sheraton menu offerings, Local Area Attractions, Mall Connectivity, and more.
The Sheraton Club Lounge is also closed during construction.
