PhD studet
Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine
I graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Jordan, in 2013. Over five years of clinical practice in Jordan, I provided a wide range of dental services and actively promoted oral health education through seminars and workshops. In 2021, I pursued Dental Post-Graduate program at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, focusing on regenerative dentistry. During this time, I engaged in groundbreaking research on pulp and periodontal regeneration and polymer nanofibers for drug delivery. Currently, I am Oral biology and Pathology PhD student at Stony Brook University, involved in a project on using an innovative material in an endodontic treatment. During my current PhD program, I design research protocols, conduct a wide range of assays including material characterization, cell culture, and drug delivery investigations, writing manuscript and analyze the antibacterial spectrum of various materials.
