Dr. Cymerman has over 35 years of experience as an endodontist. He completed his dental degree from the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine. He completed his general practice residency at the University of Miami School of Medicine/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. He finished his Endodontic residency at Nassau County Medical Center and was the chief resident. After completing his endodontic residency, he achieved board certification with the American Board of Endodontics and is a member of the College of Diplomates. He has lectured nationally and internationally on various topics in endodontics. His areas of expertise include treatment of traumatic dental injuries, microsurgical root canal therapy, regenerative endodontics and the use of cone beam computed tomography in endodontics. In addition to endodontic private practice, Dr. Cymerman is an associate clinical professor at the Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. He was the Director of the Division of Endodontics and pre-doctoral endodontics. Dr. Cymerman was also the post-graduate director of the Advanced education program in Endodontics for several years. He has been involved and continues to be involved in Endodontic research and has published numerous peer reviewed research articles in the Journal of Endodontics.
The AAE is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider, a recognized provider in California (#2030), Florida (#PP0049). Programs of the AAE (#214682) are accepted by AGD for Fellowship/Mastership credit. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. The AAE designates this activity for up to 29.5 continuing education credits.
