Pornchanok “Pear” Jiramahapoka is a second-year endodontic resident at the University of California, Los Angeles, Class of 2025. Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, she earned her master’s degree at New York University, where she gained research experience in biomaterials sciences. Currently at UCLA for her residency training, she focuses on the impact of restorative materials on endodontically treated teeth, guided by her mentor, Dr. Denny Chao, an advanced prosthodontic faculty member. She appreciates the supportive collaboration with her co-residents and finds her residency journey deeply rewarding. She looks forward to sharing her findings at the AAE meeting.
