Dr. Austyn Grissom hails from Piedmont, Alabama. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at Auburn University, and went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 2018. He practiced as a restorative dentist for two years prior to beginning his residency in endodontics at the renowned University of Texas at Houston School of Dentistry. In the two years since residency, Dr. Grissom has earned the title as a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, published two articles in the Journal of Endodontics, was an invited speaker at AAE24, and opened his own endodontic practice in Daphne, Alabama. He currently serves as the Chair of the AAE Resident and New Practitioner Committee and as the Vice President of the Mobile Area Dental Society.
