In 2006, she started Visage Endodontics built upon the foundational values of "soothing, modern, experience". Beyond full scope endodontics, she has cultivated a pediatric endodontic practice with a concentration in management of dental trauma and regenerative endodontic treatment modalities. As a clinical associate professor at Case School of Dental Medicine, she has lectured and provided clinical instruction to dental students, endodontic and pediatric residents. She speaks at local study clubs, national dental meetings and internationally. She is a reviewer for the Journal of Endodontics and served on the Digital Strategy Task Force for the Journal of Endodontics. She is very involved in organized dentistry at the all levels of the tripartite and the specialty of endodontics. She has a quarterly op-ed column " The Happy Dentist" in ODA Today, She has served as vice chair and chair of ADA CEDL. She is presently chair AAE Professional and Public Relations Council.
