During my residency at Loma Linda University, I managed a comprehensive case involving a patient with bilateral dens evaginatus. I oversaw the entire process, including the initial consultation and diagnosis, clinical endodontic and restorative treatment, and final case documentation. This unique case showcases a one-year follow-up of successful pulpal preservation, and I am eager to share these findings with the endodontic community.
